1. Eligibility for Return:

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted for items that are:
  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or leaking
  • Incorrect item received

2. Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened diaper packs or hygiene products
• Used or washed products
• Items purchased under clearance or final sale (unless damaged)

3. How to Request a Return:

• Email us at madeforcupid01@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
• Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Process:

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate your refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacements:

• If you prefer, we can send a replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability).
